Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because most Ok Housecat items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or modified electronics, signs of use, damage, or user modification may reduce or void your refund.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for safely packaging the item. Any loss in value due to damage in return transit or use may be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at wprosise@gmail.com if:

  • the item is defective or not working as described,

  • it arrives damaged, or

  • you receive the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right, which may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of some Ok Housecat products, the following are generally non-returnable:

  • Digital items (such as STL files, downloads, patterns, or other digital content)

  • Custom or made-to-order items (for example: custom circuit-bent builds, personalized modifications, or special-order color/feature combinations)

  • Sale items / clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you have a concern about a custom or digital item, please email wprosise@gmail.com and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to follow the normal return process:

  1. Request a return and have it approved.

  2. Ship the original item back.

  3. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

In some cases (for example, a small hardware issue with a 3D-printed part), we may offer a repair or replacement part instead of a full exchange.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at wprosise@gmail.com
